When the pilot project to select a BI solution was launched in November 2008, there were seven applicants. “ATK Consulting Group” received an invitation almost two months later, and finally in the spring of 2009 only this company was able to present a BI-solution that allows to integrate the four key operational systems of the Group “AlfaStrakhovanie”. Such results convinced the Group's management that the specialists of ATK Consulting Group with the help of QlikView would be able to solve the company's tasks. The QlikView system made an impression due to the thoughtfulness of visualization, the possibility of obtaining results in a very short time, the combination of simplicity and power.

The task of the pilot was to analyze the margins of the company's clients and services.
