S.A.F.E. (SIMPLIFYING ANALYSIS FOR EVERYONE)
The S.A.F.E. methodology was developed by Qik to maximize the effective implementation of QlikView and Qlik Sense systems. The purpose of the methodology is to provide a flexible work strategy for building Qlik applications in accordance with the customer's corporate conditions and with a minimum design cost. The S.A.F.E. methodology can be used as an independent project methodology, or as a reinforcing, complementary element to the customer's corporate methodology.
SCRUM
One of the most effective and widespread approaches of Agile Software Development. The implementation of a BI-system based on the Scrum methodology allows, in rigidly fixed and short-time iterations (sprints), to provide the end user with working software with new features for which the highest priority has been determined. At the same time, the quick result of the team's work is visible to the customer, which contributes to his interest and involvement in the project, and, accordingly, shortening the project time
