Replacing legacy analytical systems with an interactive BI platform with access to key financial, sales and warehouse reporting depending on the user's access level

Solution:

Canon's QlikView system integrates sales, finance and warehouse data and is used daily in the work of the company's top managers, specialists from sales, marketing, finance, customer service and business planning departments.
The most popular reports are:

  • Analytics on sales plan fulfillment - by channel, client, product group, KAM, etc. (by any level of product or channel hierarchy).

  • Report on secondary sales statistics - data on sales of each distributor or partner of the first and second level, as well as sales to end users.

  • Profit & Loss analytics by RAS and USGAAP with the ability to “dive” deep into each category and drill down by product groups and partners.

  • Accounts Receivable analytics - receivables for all customers with a breakdown by “age” of receivables, cost center, and overdue-not overdue breakdowns

  • Warehouse analytics - current stock of distributors and partners in units and money as of the reporting date, detailed by category, product group, product name, etc.
