About the client company:
Campina LLC is one of the divisions of the international dairy farming cooperative FrieslandCampina in Russia.
Currently, the plant in Russia has 6 production lines and further expansion and modernization of production. The output reaches 100 thousand dairy products per year, more than 70 product names. More than 400 people work at the plant in Stupino.
LLC “Campina” does business directly with large retail chains and more than 70 distributors. Yoghurts are sold in more than 2,100 retail outlets across Russia and the CIS.

Solution:
The QlikView system in Campina integrates a large amount of data on sales, finance, warehouses, etc. Therefore, it is used in the daily work of departments: sales, finance, planning and supply, warehouse logistics, as well as by all regional managers in Russia and the CIS.

The BI-system implements plan-fact analysis and consolidates budget scenarios. QlikView performs the function of not only budgeting, but also the system of support of the actual assortment matrix
An important component is the independent support of work and development of the BI-system QlikView by users after the training course and their quick adaptation to work with the system.
The application includes an innovative logic - “Matryoshka”, which intuitively leads the user from the most general picture of the business to detailed reports designed for different levels of business decision-making.
