Pharmstandard Group produces pharmaceuticals of various pharmacotherapeutic groups, including drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, growth hormone deficiency, gastroenterological, neurological, infectious diseases, metabolic disorders, oncological and other diseases.

Solution:
The system is already used by more than 1'000 users - company executives, analysts, marketing specialists, CRM specialists, sales managers, medical representatives and regional managers.
The QlikView implementation project was carried out in 2 stages.
The first stage of QlikView implementation was a pilot, on the basis of which a decision was made to implement QlikView on a company-wide basis. Within the framework of the project ATK Consulting Group developed a basic set of analytical reporting for the pharmaceutical company:

Plan-fact analysis on primary and secondary sales and distributor warehouse balances,

Dashboard with key sales indicators,

Analytical showcase on sales and balances for flexible work of analysts.
The first stage was completed very quickly - the solution development was finished in 10 days, as the only source of data for the project tasks was the ERP system. Then we conducted a trial run and checked the correctness of the data in the new solution.
At the second stage of the project, we created analytics for one of the most mass categories of the company's employees - medical and regional representatives, as well as enhanced the capabilities of advanced analytics:

Assessment of risks and potential of future sales by territory (RFM-analytics),
