In addition to the extensive functionality of the analytical system, the project is unique in terms of scale: Qlik Sense toolkit has been replicated for 3,000 employees in the Central Office and in more than 1,500 representative offices, insurance departments and sales offices across Russia. The interactive analytics is used by: top management, representatives of regional network management, finance, underwriting, sales and operations departments. In the future the number of Qlik Sense users will be significantly increased - up to 33 thousand, employees of different levels, including insurance agents, will work with the system.

Among the advantages for the company the simplicity of work with the solution and the possibility to develop new applications by its own forces are especially significant. For example, the concept of self-service analytics has already been implemented as a pilot on a group of applications for analyzing and managing the auto insurance portfolio. The BI self-service approach allowed to increase the efficiency of analytics and simplify the interaction between business users and analysts of data models on the tasks of application improvement. For this purpose, a competent group of business users was identified who can be trusted with access to analytics application management. At the moment more than a half of business-users of the specified applications independently prepare customized reports. In the future, it is planned to extend the principle of BI self-service to other Qlik Sense applications.
